Yes I have just about finished the rear brake linkage.
and today, i took my club stuff off the oil tank so I can sell it...
That sucked.
I love this bike, but i built myself into a corner with it, I can't change it, well I could but I'd never be happy with it.
So, it goes and I start on other projects.
Weird

It was a sad day in Mudville when ChopperDave put a "for sale" sign on the Super Freak.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with the sale.. I am sure it will sell in the blink of an eye.
Sorry man, I might be facing the same dilemma, how bad do I want that panhead and how long can I stand to be down?
ReplyDeleteI would have just put a different oil tank in there and hung that one up in the rafters . . . I guess I'm a little late with that little gem of advice though . .
ReplyDeleteWHAT!?!?!? NOOOOOOO!!! May the next machine be as bitchin' as the freak. Lookin' forward to seein' what's next! L from PA
ReplyDeleteHOW MUCH FOR THE PANHEAD
ReplyDeleteDave,
ReplyDeleteSelling a beloved piece of machinery is always tough. Are you selling the "Super Freak" or another pan? If you don't mind me asking...what will be the going price?

When a bike's ready, it's ready.
ReplyDeleteThink you've had a lot of fun with it. Time to build a new cool bike and ride the shit out of it!
